Why purify and not just detox???

Purification and detoxification are often times used interchangeably. However when I think of detoxing, I think of ridding toxins from the body and purifying as replenishing the body with what it needs to heal and sustain proper function.

We are exposed to external toxins continually, including pollutants, pesticides, and chemicals. As a part of normal metabolic function, internally our bodies are capable of producing waste by-products to do what it can to eliminate these toxins. And, although your body is designed to rid itself of these toxins naturally, it can often times become overburdened. When it is overburdened or toxic, some of the signs and symptoms we may see are:

stuffy head/headaches fatigue or difficulty sleeping digestion or other GI issues elimination issues food cravings and weight gain reduced mental clarity/poor coordination/difficulty making decisions low libido skin not looking its best anxiety/depression joint and tendon issues

When we see this and we have ruled out other causes, we then recommend purifying. Purifying offers your body not only the release of these toxins, but additional support to maintain your health and vitality.

What are some things considered toxic to the body??? There are things more obvious than others...exhaust fumes, unfiltered water, packaged foods, plastic containers, candles and scented room fresheners, cleaning agents, fertilizers, pesticides, mercury, fluoride, smoke, metals in dentistry, hairspray, makeup, ...I could go on and on and on. And when the body is continuously exposed to these toxins, they have a snowball effect on the body (like a spinal subluxation) and no matter how hard one tries, its difficult to lower cholesterol, lose weight, and level the thyroid.

Detoxing while purifying will nourish the body with nutrient-rich foods that will provide the complex combination of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are needed to protect the body and promote optimal health.
